REGISTERED NURSES - FULL-TIME DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS to provide professional rehab nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Supervising care, treatment, and services of patient care provided by LPNs, RNTs and other staff on assigned unit and shift. Developing, implementing, and evaluating plan of care for each patient. Assessment and reassessment of patients and reporting patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisor and or physician in a timely manner. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Acute Care and Med-Surg background preferred. Current State Registered Nurse License required.
