Responsible for Admission Discharge documation, physician order compliance, 24 hour shift report documention for senior population Garden Place Coordinator Responsible for coordination & supervision of our Alzheimers unit to ensure company standards of compliance. Assistant Garden Place Coordinator w/ supervisor exp. Responsible of stimulating activities such as physical, intellectual, social, & emotional on our Alzheimers unit.
