ISOTHERMAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Director of Workforce Development Position Opening Isothermal Planning and Development Commission (IPDC) seeks a results oriented, experienced executive level manager to fill the position of the Region C Workforce Development Board (WDB) Director. Under policy direction of the WDB and IPDC Board of Directors, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs and related grants.
