Medicaid Home Health/PDN Supervisor eQHealth Solutions, a leading healthcare quality improvement and utilization review organization, has an excellent employment opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional. This position will provide supervision, mentoring and training to a team of nurses who render first level prior authorization and retrospective review decisions for utilization management and quality of care across all review types and settings and will ensure that reviews are performed timely, within quality parameters and within pre-set production standards. Successful candidate must have a BSN and a current unrestricted Florida RN license and will have a minimum of 5 yr clinical background or an equivalent combination of clinical and utilization review and at least one year of supervisory experience. Some home health experience is a must! Experience with Medicaid required as well as proficiency with MicroSoft Office products. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. Excellent benefit package.
