CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR Jobing Description Major Duties & Responsibilities: 40% - Answers member phone calls and input applications into the loan origination system while maintaining a professional, courteous and friendly atmosphere for our members. Cross sells products and services. 40% - Prepares loan paperwork, including supporting documents for products (GAP, EW,CL&CD) for all Consumer Loans including HELOC and Second Mortgages. Ensure all due diligence is completed prior to disbursing a loan , including verification of employment and income and tracks all approved loans within the central area to ensure they are closed in timely manner. 10% - Opens membership accounts related to loan requests. 10% - Performs other related duties as assigned.
