WMNF-FM, Tampa seeks candidates to fill the following positions: Director, Finance & Administration The person will supervise all facets of our Business Administration and HR. Excellent communication skills. BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance and Administration preferred. Three years Exp in a non- profit business management environment required. Proficiency in Excel and/or QuickBooks is required. Digital Editor This half-time position reports to the Director, News and Public Affairs and is responsible for writing, production and editing compelling web content and curating content for wmnf.org, WMNF apps. Strong web publishing and content curator skills, plus demonstrated writing and editing skills. Video (studio or field) production skills is a plus. Experience working as a digital journalist and as videographer or photo journalists is required. Traffic Coordinator This half-time position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for generating and reconciling daily broadcast logs for all WMNF channels and production and scheduling of on-air promos and Public Service Announcements (PSA). Experience in broadcast traffic, production, project management or related field required plus ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring smooth programming transitions without interruption of on-air flow.
