We are seeking a Deputy General Counsel to serve as the deputy legal officer of the corporation. Minimum qualifications include JD from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law in the state of Florida or any other state; 10+ years of healthcare law and transactional experience, with major law firm/corporation preferred; experience negotiating & drafting documents for complex healthcare transactions; and strong command of regulations relating to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPPA and Stark.
