Responsible for execution of corporate Billing & Failure to Pay Policy, regulatory, Legal & Compliance Controls in accordance w/ all State/Federal Medicare, Medicaid & Cost Share requirements. Directly contribute to increasing bottom line profitability through reduction of bad debt exposure inclusive of establishment/execution of Medicare Failure to Pay/collection and refund policy/procedures. BS in accounting or related field + 60 mo. exp. w/ Medicare/Medicaid Healthcare Acct'g, Billing/Collections, General Ledger & managing member billing & collections of state/federal government programs. Must incl. 40 mo. w/ Aged Blind and Disabled reconciliations & management of 820/834 reconciliations of enrollment & failure to pay premium disenrollment payment programs.
