Lakeland Surgical Chr$(39) Diagnostic Center has the following jobs opening for a busy outpatient ambulatory center.. - Admission Supervisor - Monday - Friday (various hours) Duties include supervising the daily operations of the Admitting and Registration Department in accordance with departmental and center policy and procedures. Assist with the interviewing, evaluating and counseling processes and responsible for the training and coaching of team members. Monitor quality assurance of all registration personnel, producing reports and taking appropriate action. Effectively motivate and monitor staff performance.. Minimum of 1 to 5 years of directly related supervisory experience, previous experience supervising a medical admitting department familiarity with computerized registration systems, demonstrated knowledge of different insurances, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
